Principal - Damien O'Reilly
Damien O’Reilly is a multidisciplinary transformation, restructuring and governance executive who integrates financial analysis, legal judgment and strategic clarity to guide organisations through complexity and change.
A legally qualified executive with professional credentials in accounting and finance, complemented by advanced expertise in governance, financial modelling and insolvency, he brings a rare combination of financial discipline, regulatory insight and turnaround capability. Damien works across transformation, restructuring, transaction support, operating models, performance uplift and risk.
His experience spans SMEs, public-purpose organisations, government, multinationals, ASX-listed companies and Tier-1 professional services, enabling a calm, pragmatic approach that delivers clarity, stability and alignment in high-stakes environments.
Damien is a Fellow of the Governance Institute, an admitted solicitor and barrister, a professional accountant, and a member of leading professional bodies across governance, law, turnaround and risk. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, MBA, Juris Doctor and Master of Laws, alongside specialist credentials in insolvency, investigative analysis and mediation.
Beyond his professional practice, Damien is actively engaged in the community, serving as the current President of Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia, a not-for-profit improving the lives of people and communities affected by cystic fibrosis, respiratory conditions, and rare diseases.
